Refund Policy

We accept returns of new, unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Contact us before returning any product.

Eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and our original shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued after the returned products are received and inspected. Returns outside the 30-day window are not accepted.

Opened products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

For damaged products, contact us with proof of damage within three days of receiving your shipment. We will provide a return shipping label for damaged products. Replacement products can also be provided for unopened incorrect items.

Refused shipments and orders canceled after shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return freight. Contact us before your order ships if you need to request cancellation.

Missing or lost packages must be claimed with the corresponding carrier.

If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please reach out to your local post office and ensure that the package isn't being held at their facility.

If you live in an apartment complex, please verify with the staff at the front desk that they are not holding your package for you.

The local carrier in your state may provide additional information about the whereabouts of the package.  It is not uncommon for shipping delays to occur; checking with your local courier, e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc., for further updates should always be the first step in tracking your order.

Packages deemed lost/missing with provided proof of claim are eligible for refund or replacement of items.

We do not accept refunds based on "bad taste," "bad odor," or another unique flavor considered unpalatable. These powders are not flavored and thus resulting in a natural state of taste and flavor. Products that contain algae and/or sulfur-based ingredients can have a strong taste and smell. However, concerns about safety and usage are eligible for future investigation. All returned products are destroyed, including sealed products. Contact customer support with any safety or product concerns.
